Welcome to Kvarndammen – a nice old house (95 sqm) from the turn of the century.
The kitchen is well equipped, cooker/oven, fridge/ freezer, microwave, coffeemaker and washing machine, (woodburning oven / bakingoven not in use), also a diningarea.
Toilet and shower.
Kitchen door leading out to a big furnished veranda, with lovely views over the dam.
Lounge with sofa bed (2 beds) and TV.
Bedroom with a double bed and one single bed (childs).
Extra bed is available.
Upstairs is a large hallway and two bedrooms. One bedroom with 4 single beds and one bedroom with 2 single beds.
The house is surrounded by a large garden with fine views over the water.
Garden furniture and barbecue.
The house is only 10m from the waters edge, jetty, sauna, boat, swimming and free fishing.
Also excellent fishing 3km away in lake Svartasjön, Grytsjön, Långasjön and Saxasjön with boat and fishing licence is required.
Swimminglake approx 1km distance and graded walking paths in the forests nearby.
