Welcome to Sjögård, a spacious house (180sqm) which offers six rooms and a kitchen.
Excellent for 1-2 families travelling together.
Downstairs: one bedroom with two single beds and a cot, further onto a large kitchen with a dining area, a highchair is available. Oven/cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave and coffeemaker.
Large lounge/diner with sofas, tables and chairs. TV (swe channels), VCR/DVD.
A further living/bedroom with an open fireplace and a sofabed (2 beds).
Shower and toilet.
Hallway with access out to the garden and stairs down to the cellar. In the cellar the washingmachine and the tumbledryer is housed.
Upstairs: a large furnished hallway/living room with a sofabed (2 beds). One bedroom with 3 single beds and one bedroom with a doublebed (120cm), door out to balcony. All the rooms have lakeviews!
The garden is big, it has outdoor furniture and a barbecue. Neighbouring the garden are woods and fields with grazing horses.
Behind the cottage is a small path leading down to lake Sutaresjön, plenty of opportunity for fishing and boating.
A short stroll from the house takes you to lake Gårdsjön with suitable swimming/bathing for children. Jetty and a small sandy beach. Even lake Olofsbolsjön can be seen from the garden. |
